Well basically what worries me is the "Shutdown failed...Cannot connect to license server..." and after I do the satlab command to execute satlab it says "...FLEXlm error: -15,570..." and looking at the manual error -15 is : "The server (lmgrd) has not been started yet, or the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the TCP/IP port or host name in the license file has
been changed."

Maybe there is no license server to connect to so that is why it halts and cannot shut it down. (I do not know if this is right or wrong I'm just conjecturing...); and if there is what is the command to start it? Where can I download and install this server? Because I have just istalled open suse and nothing else. Maybe extra software is needed libraries etc.
