The /var/log/messages you posted does not contain any events showing shutdown as far as I can see?
The shutdown of zmd is your Zenworks update agent that has checked for work to do, not found much and went back to sleep... nothing shocking there.
Please post output showing the shutdown occurring and activity before shutdown. If this info is not there then maybe an unexpected powerdown is the source (loss of AC for example)? If this is the case you will probably see messages about an unclean shutdown in /var/log/boot.*
