Hi Abhayadev,
Does the shutdown happen at a specific time in the day?
Have you looked in the /var/log/messages to see if there is any specific action listed at the time of the shutdown?
Also, what DE (KDE, GNOME, ...) are you using?
Could be there is something set in in your power management settings or BIOS causing the shutdown.
