Well I also tried with -c option but i didn't work.
the error 68 always occurs after adding 1st line only. and there are no entries in the system.
my schemas are

include /etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
include /etc/openldap/schema/cosine.schema
include /etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema
include /etc/openldap/schema/rfc2307bis.schema
include /etc/openldap/schema/samba3.schema
include /etc/openldap/schema/yast.schema

and the database is Kerberos 5
