Upgrade Samba to the current stable release. RPMs can be found here:
//ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/samba/3.0/
This was a bug in 3.2.0 (distributed with 11.0) and repaired in Samba 3.2.1.
The current stable release is 3.2.4.
