Yeah, I heard about the acpi=force option. But, there is no way!
If I switch this on (acpi=force), my system boots up correctly, I can turn off my laptop (but there is still no battery meter...). BUT, after 20 minutes the whole system freezes down.
I haven't any problems with the softwares just with this acpi.... The only question is, it worked in 10.2, but not in 11.0, why?
I don't think that they are downgraded something. I have no idea.
