1 ) open yast -software management.
2 ) in the search area type "ipw" ( without the quotes )
3 ) select the intel wireless drivers/firmware appropriate to your system
4 )click on accept
5 ) open yast - network devices - network cards
6 ) click on your wireless device & then click edit
7 ) enter details as necessary
