Thanks, and sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Have been out of town. I had to remove suse from my mac for the time being, as my primary drive failed and I had to install OS X on the drive I had devoted to suse. As soon as I get the problem fixed, I'll re-install suse and we can work on the firmware install.
