For this, you're going to need small network utility called 'ndiswrapper' and your windows network driver files. Its not hard, and the following URL will show you how to get your network up and running:

Now, for your sound. The lsmod results show that your sound system was detected as an Intel HDA device.

This can be configured in SuSE, with YaST > Hardware > Sound. You can edit your sound settings here, including the mixer levels etc.
