Easy way would be to boot back in the old OS with working apache and sitecopy the pages on another place (copy to a directory not in apache).
chmod --recursive on that directory.
Then, eventually, sitecopy that directory into the new webserver (makes no difference if you're using MS IIS or apache), wbserver flags have to be nil'ed someway.
