What I can see is that you are new to networking too.
All 3 servers are widely configurable, and to obtain any help you should
tell what you want to accomplish, than some of the guys here can give you
answer.
Anyway, don't expect much as it is really not trivial task. There is a lot
to read about networking and network security, before you can ask questions
that is possible to answer in short articles here.
Just as an example:
If you want to make public http server, you have to have a static IP
address. It is possible also to do that with dynamic address, but for that,
first, you have to check with your Internet service provider is that
allowed for the type of account that you have and than go further. You
don't want to violate account usage policy and see your account canceled.
Than you have to register your domain name with some of domain registrars.
They will register you domain name and IP for the some fee, and announce
that to few main DNS servers in Internet. After that everybody that knows
your domain name will be able to reach your http server.
Than you have to setup server.
For your own public http server you don't need your DHCP and DNS server,
unless you have local network and want to use DHCP to set other computers
automatically, and DNS server that will handle local traffic.
Networking is not trivial, and if you want to have your web page it is
probably better to see for some of the hosting services. Some of them can
register your domain. There is a lot of companies in Internet that offer
hosting services, and not all of them are good and worth money they ask. So
even for that you will need some recommendation.
I use local wiki (http server, mysql database and mediawiki software
package), so I was able to set it up, but I would not try to go out in
Internet with present setup.
